Have to say I was rather disappointed. I submitted my claim, kept receiving emails saying sorry it’s taking a while, if we need anything from your vet we’ll ask for it. After a month of this, finally a note saying it would be faster if we provided something. We could have but your previous multiple emails said you had it under control. So this took far longer than necessary only to have you reject most of the charges. He’s an 8 year old dog, yes he had an ear infection in his past, as I’m sure all dogs have, but has not been a recent condition. And on the wellness, I was disappointed with how little was covered.
