When we first got Pets Best Insurance, it was amazing! They reimbursed you right away when you submitted a claim and there was always someone available to answer any questions. I gave it 4 stars because they started out great, so I want to give credit for that, but at this current point in time, they're more like 3 stars. It takes well over a month now for a claim to even get processed, so funds don't come back to you in a timely manner. When you're spending a lot of money on a vet visit, you'd like a fast turnaround time for a claim. The last few times I tried to calling them to check in on a claim, I was on hold for over an hour...not the greatest. When everything does finally go through though, I'm happy to have the pet insurance.
