With the high cost of veterinary care I feel the wellness coverage is inadequate; some of the preventative vaccines which are just as important to one's beloved pets are not even covered; ie. lepto, Lyme and bordetella. Also, from what I understand if you already have a wellness plan and you want to cancel that part of your coverage you have to start as an entirely new plan and any pre-existing issues developed during your initial plan will NOT BE COVERED if you start over! Tell me how is that fair! Other than the wellness portion I am pleased with the insurance coverage.
