We have been satisfied with our experience with PetsBest. We had to appeal two claim denials, but they were handled efficiently and the denials were overturned, with the claims paid. Every phone interaction I've had has been professional and courteous. The initial claims process was quite slow, but I did receive emails informing me that they were backed up, so I knew what to expect.
Overall, I'd recommend PetsBest to others.
