I have had this insurance since i got my dogs. It is great. The only thing i think could be better is the wait time for reimbursement. Can take up to 45 days sometimes which is crazy. Maybe hire more people so it does not take as long. A lot of people are on a fixed income and it puts a strain on them at times. Other than that this insurance is great and pricing is budget friendly as well.
