I submitted two claims at the same time. They denied one right away, literally within 2 days, as I had not met my deductible. When it came to processing the one where they owed me it took almost a month. Still waiting for my reimbursement almost a week after it was processed.
Not sure if it's worth it. They deny more things than approve. I've had them since I've adopted my pup 2 years ago and I think this is the first time they haven't denied a claim for some reason.
