After having to wait several weeks to hear back from a claim, everytime I submit one, part of it is declined. I fax all the information you require, and still you say you need more documentation. It doesn't make sense. I don't pay for pet insurance to sit and wait to see if maybe, a claim will be accepted. And the wait period is absolutely ridiculous.
