PetsBest makes you jump through hoops to receive an adequate reimbursement. It’s either intentional or the adjuster who reviewed my most recent wellness submission have a reading comprehension disconnect. For the second year in a row I was short changed bc my vet bills wellness in a package price- which I noted and requested that the adjuster review last years wellness to see that the vaccinations/fecal/urine to be readjusted on a phone call. This is so inconvenient. I will now have to call again and spend time that I do not have to be paid the correct amount
