Lengthy claim reviews that delay returns with the excuse that the vet’s office hasn’t provided documentation even though the insurance representatives do nothing to follow up. Made mistakes on the claim for the passing of my dog that was inexcusable and denied a claim after months of delayed response citing that very same mistake. The attention to detail is lacking and the compassion is lack luster. Premiums continue to skyrocket even though the service doesn’t change and the pets health remains unchanged. No choice but to stay now because of pre-existing conditions but if I could I would leave.
