The insurance coverage is adequate. You have a few options in terms of which level to purchase I would say across-the-board the amounts paid for certain things such as annual wellness visits are too low.
The mobile application is really really bad. It rarely works is the easiest way to submit claims or look up information. However, it’s lack of accessibility is frustrating.
