The coverage to premium/deductible ratio seems off. We’ve experienced several urgent vet visits have partial coverage but the routine expenses like vaccines and flea meds are hardly covered without upgrading to a higher premium tier.
Also, the insurance assessor is too skeptical of invoices and declines because the technician of the veterinarian administered the vaccine as opposed to the doctor. These aren’t back alley quacks, these are medically trained employees under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian.
