Long wait time to get reimbursed (usually over 6 weeks). Also every time you submit a claim they send you a generic reason why it was not accepted so you have to call after EVERY claim submission to see what is missing/needed to process the claim because the generic email is not accurate. For instance, they just failed an invoice I submitted for medication saying in the email I needed to submit the invoice (that’s what I did). So I call, and they say oh no the reason is because you need to submit the tracking information so we know you got the meds. WHY didn’t they just put that in the email to save me the time. They do this with EVERY claim. This also puts off the process further so it takes months to get paid back. You almost want to just give up and be out the money then go back and forth for weeks. Also when you call your on hold for a long time so again it’s very frustrating that you have to call in the first place. Just tell me what needs to be submitted further instead of playing this game. I’m a vet, I can get you whatever information you need, you just need to tell me what you need. I can’t imagine what clients go through.
