This pet insurance is joke, not only do they NOT take the claims/customer serious and prioritize. They don’t do their jobs throughly and diligently. They closed the claim the same day they requested information? Now who does that, how about waiting for the vet’s paperwork. Anywho, I’ve price copays for every single itemized charge? What’s that about, normally copays per visit. They need to be investigated and everyone needs to pay attention to their “bills”
