I am giving this rating because of the lack of customer service. It is impossible to reach a live agent. Obviously I know I can find information online, but needed clarification. My former pet insurance company always had people available to speak to.
Additionally, I pay a significant monthly premium and there was no coverage for dental also part of basic plan I previously had.
