Their policy doesn't cover hardly anything.I have a very high strung dog that doesn't let anyone touch her. I have to have her sedated at her vet to have her nails cut. It costs me between $260 and 300 dollars every 6 weeks she is put under anesthesia, put on a heart monitor also spends at least half a day in the in the Veterinary hospital just to get her nails cut. I submitted my last two bill's totalling $617 dollars. Pets Best insurance sent me a check for $80 DOLLARS. I Pay $54 dollars a month and have been paying that for almost 3 years. They consider that cosmetic surgery. So they don't cover the hopital stay, the nail trim, anesthesia or monitoring her. I think they are ripping me off and I am canceling them immediately!!
