Takes over a month to get claims approved and complete is ridiculous!
There is a list of meds that are covered, alternative options (probiotics and topical therapy for skin infections, prescription diets that the vet recommends over excessive medications are not covered. Vets/owners trying to not overmedicate pets are being penalized when this is recommended as best medicine for the pet. If recommended by a vet and sold by a vet this should be covered.
