Pets Best Insurance has been okay, but the biggest issue for me is that the deductible is too high, PLUS you raise the monthly cost for the insurance to almost $20 more/month! This is pushing me to look elsewhere for the same coverage.
Oherwise, you pay your claims quickly and seamlessly.
