I had to do an appeal of denied coverage for second pet that Pets Best covered fully for first pet. It took a long time to get someone on the phone and they were not well informed of policies or process. I sent in the appeal along with a letter from our vet and it was denied again. No comment on why they paid for pet 1 and not pet 2 for exact procedure. To ask a question, I have to call the same number and go through a customer service person. Feel brushed off in an unfriendly, hard to use process.
