After submitting invoices 4 times from my veterinarian, and spending 3 1/2 hours on hold or speaking to customer service, I still do not know if Pets Best has enough information to process my claim.
They will not allow you to speak directly to the claims administrator.
My yorkie has intestinal bowel disease and they have paid claims for his treatment in the past.
The invoices are for treatment of pancreatitis, which is not an unusual occurrence for dogs with IBD.
They have been horrible.
It’s enough stress dealing with the disease.
The additional stress Pets Best has created is disgraceful
