When we first joined 4 years ago it was easy to work with Pets Best and reimbursements were received quickly. This year, the reimbursements have taken weeks to be received.
We’ve also had to submit my pets medical records to receive reimbursement. Your company has all of his records already as he has been insured since he was adopted at 8 weeks.
I’m questioning if Pets Best is going bankrupt or is in financial trouble. If not, your customer service has declined significantly. I’m not sure if I still trust the company at this point.
