I am very disappointed in what the company believes an issue is a pre existing condition. When the dog has an illness and the following year it is considered pre existing. I wish I had purchased Trupanion. I had another pet and Trupanion and they never gave me problems.
I care about my pet but your co is making the cost to care for my pet very high.
Even my vet is annoyed with this issue.
