Overall I’m satisfied with PestsBest. Mostly, they pay timely. App is easy to use but not always working and they redirect you to main online site. Claims are easy to submit online and in the app. My only frustration with them is.. My 5 year old Golden Retriever has allergies controlled by medication which was diagnosed prior to coverage. They denied an ear infection claim due to preexisting condition. It was 10 months since the last ear infection. They just assumed it was allergies, didn’t check with his vet to see if this was really allergy related. My other 3 year old Golden Retriever gets ear infections often and doesn’t have allergies. To just assume because one has allergies that caused the ear infection is wrong. Best advice.. insure your animals immediately when you get them so you don’t have preexisting issues. I gave a 4 star review because of their assumption with ear related infections being automatically allergy related. Overall I recommend this insurance all 4 of my relatives with dogs use this insurance.
