Overall emergency coverage was excellent this past year. Bought the wellness coverage again , even though premium increased. Purchased a week before due date. Vet scheduled the annual and I submitted the claim, only to be told by Pet’s Best that it was not covered since it was not a year past the last wellness visit so I learned the hard way that Pet’s Best Wellness coverage bases its reimbursement on its dates, not the vet’s dates.
