Have this since we got our dog. 4 years.They don't pay out anything. Going into 2025 i am going to start looking at other pet insurance company. If you submit a $642 claim you only get back $250. Wtf
Feel like they are after market car insurance. Wait until you put in a claim and basically nothing is covered.
