I’m very disappointed with your pet insurance and have decided to cancel my plan. I’ve been paying a significant amount monthly, including extra for the "Accident & Illness Coverage" and "EssentialWellness" plans, yet the service has been far from satisfactory. My dog has been to the vet three times this year, and only one visit resulted in a partial rebate. Even her wellness visit wasn’t fully covered under the "EssentialWellness" plan, which was surprising and frustrating.
The other two visits, which were for illnesses, weren’t covered at all, despite my paying for the "Accident & Illness Coverage" plan. I can’t understand what I’m paying for if basic wellness visits and illness-related care aren’t covered as promised. This insurance feels like a complete waste of money, and I regret signing up for it.
