I have added information to a prescription that my dog has been on for 5 months. Apparently the info from the drug store is incomplete. I sent a picture of the box label for two prescriptions. I don’t have the box from November but the prescription number is the same At the end of the number they put a dash and how often we have filled the prescription. If they really don’t believe can’t they just call the pharmacy? The date was November and the December one is taken care of.
