I have reviewed Pets Best in the past, and the review still stands, look to another Insurance Company for your furry friends, because they are a typical insurance company, DENY, DENY, DENY.
Sadly, our lil' bugger is too old to change companies at this point, but the next adoption will most definately NOT INCLUDE Pets Best, um, because they are not the best, not even close!
