I love the options for different types of coverage. Affordable. Customer service has been nice and empathetic. Claims are usually reimbursed in a timely manner.
However, the claims department has been difficult to deal with when it comes to some of my claims. There have been quite a few errors and I was not communicated with efficiently. I had to call customer service everyday for at least 5 days straight AND be on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes each time.
