I think you need to encompass holistic treatments, as they are rapidly becoming the norm, and are proven to work. You reallyt have to read the fine print to understand your exclusions. You need to aks why you have those exclusions. Better to raise your rates and inlcude all proven medical treatments.
You might also have an option for end of life coverage, as it has become so expensive. Maybe prepaid, so you get the iuse of the funds for a period of time?
