I filed two claims the January 2nd, one for each of my two dogs Tucker and Turner. When they were first submitted you requested more information but never mentioned for sure what else was needed other than something showing where the bill was paid. So the payment information was sent. I assumed you needed all of their prior records. It took me a while to get them all together so I let you know approximately the time I would get them to you. A day or two before you received them both of their claims were closed! Then you opened new claims for them but started going over claims for services from 2021. With Turner finally the actual claim from December 2024 was finally reentered and gone over and it was closed and said PAID ( $280.00 ). However it showed paid on the 13th. That payment as of the 18th has still not showed up in my checking account. As for Tucker, there are still two claims that say in process but those two claims are from 2021 and can be closed since they were before we had your insurance. The claim for last December hasn’t even been reentered as of today. This is definitely not what I expected when signing up with your company. I would appreciate this being taken care of immediately and the payment for $280 put in my account. Tucker’s claim numbers are: 9131438 first claim for actual bill from December that was closed 9313784 open but old from 2021 9353448 open but also from 2021 NEED CLAIM from last December REOPENED and taken care of immediately. Turner’s claim numbers: 9131447 first claim for actual bill from December 9313989 from 2021 9343279 from 2021 9354066 actual claim that was completed February and says $280 was paid but not received. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN TUCKER’S CLAIM WILL BE OPENED AND PROCESSED AND WHEN THE $280.00 WILL ACTUALLY BE PAID FOR TURNER’S AND WILL SHOW UP IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT.
