It seems a good pet isurance company. My recent clain was paid within 24 hourts of my submitting it. I erred in that I submitted the claim for my 2 yr old's annual checkup only 11 months after the last one, and my policy only reimburses one of these each 12 months. My mistake for not checking beforehand but I nevertheless feel a bit miffed as the difference in reimbursment was quite substantial, I pay over $60/month premiums, and have not made other claims through the year.
