For the most part, I'm satisfied. A month or two ago when I was trying to enter my other dog's (Tanner) surgery, whoever assisted me could not answer my questions regarding using your system. That was very frustrating so I put it away. Fortunately, I received great help when I was entering Willow's information. Even though that rep didn't know the answer, SHE TOOK THE TIME to find someone to help her...a learning experience for both of us! Give her a raise, she's the kind of employee any good manager wants.
