Pets Best has always followed through on their promises. I am very happy with their coverage. Do be careful to not expect them to pay for things that your policy does not cover. Read the fine print. Their new $1000 deductible 90% coverage policies will be good if there is a major event...but can be tough when you fall short of the deductible
