It's not an issue with PB: PHI, it's insurence in general. The arbitrary way they approve some things and not others is frustrating. If the Vet prescribs something as medical treatment, it should be covered. But consistently medicinal items have been thrown out. It's annoying and frustrating. For the amount that we pay per month to carry the insurence, these prescribed items should be covered.
