The coverage seems to be getting less for some of the same things while the premium is getting out of hand!!! I submit claims for take home prescriptions, minor vet visits and a yearly wellness visit including vaccinations. The reimbursement for the vaccinations is so minimal and my girl’s flea & tick medication isn’t even covered at all.
It seems to me that I’m being charged the huge premium just because my girl is older.
And the reimbursement takes a ridiculous amount of time to pay!!!!! Extremely disappointing.
