The only reason for four rather than five stars is the huge and sudden rate increase I had to pay when my dog turned 7 years old.
Otherwise, Pets Best pays my claims promptly and they make it easy to submit claims online.
They don't quibble about small things and are fair in their coverage.
Overall, I am satisfied.
