While getting the money back was fast and easy, it was a bit sketchy. I paid my 500$ deductible the bill was 800$ I expected to het 90% of the 300$. But they instead took my copay as 10% of the total bill. Even tho I had to pay the 500 out of pocket so insted of the 280something I expected to get back Im only getting back 200. Atleast my deductable is paid for the year tho so Im not obsessing over it. But I did tske 1 star from it due to this. It took less than a week to process my refund and since I dont have my bank account and didnt have my care card attached yet Im recieving a check. Which takes another 7 days thats my fault tho.
