I was happy my claim was reviewed quickly. I can see my refund is now pending. The only thing I was surprised/confused about is how the deductible is calculated. I thought the deductible would be taken off the total amount and then everything after that would be calculated as a percentage but even the amount leading up to the total deductible amount is calculated as a percentage. The amount I am being refunded is less than I thought I would be receving becuase of the confusion regarding the deductible.
