I've been with them for approximately 2 years and so far my only complaint is that they have a preexisting clause. I purchased a new puppy and according to my contract with the seller I was required to take her to a vet within 3 days. I didn't have time to research which insurance company I wanted to go with. She was born with a dermoid cyst on her eye which I wasn't aware of. The vet found it on her initial visit. After researching companies I chose Pets Best but didn't know about the preexisting clause until after I took her to an eye specialist the vet recommended. Pets Best won't cover the cyst removal. Extremely aggravating! Stuff like this is why we need insurance to help cover the cost!
