I have been with other pet insurance companies Kew and it seems that Pets Beat takes longer to process claims. Normally my claim would be processed and claims paid in less than a week. Not the case with Pets Beat. Also, I plan on dropping Wellness Care insurance since the cost of this additional insurance is more than I end up paying out of pocket. Lastly, I can never submit a claim using app on iPhone. App always hangs when attaching a small PDF containing invoice. I have to use a browser instead.
