Beware! I am not happy with Pets Best. I let them know I was simply moving from NYC to Connecticut, and they took the opportunity to raise my monthly premium by 40% because they knew I was already at my deductible for the year. Beware as they clearly took advantage of this scenario and it is not appreciated.
