Have had a policy for three months and submitted my first claim for reimbursement for an annual wellness visit. I had to call Pets Best to get the claim processed because it sat in “review” status for 2 weeks. When they finally processed the claim, they decided that the claim was actually for injury or illness, not an annual wellness visit, despite the fact that even the vet identified the visit as an annual wellness visit, and our cat was not diagnosed with or treated for any illness or injury during the visit. It took 4 additional calls to Pets Best to get them to correct the error.
