The amount of time to be reimbursed is extremely long. At least twice I tried to explain that one of the things submitted was just an estimate and I was trying to get someone to call me with an approval or just let me know if it was covered or not, and I called twice And talked to two different people and it just came back as not covered. Also, there is no record of the deposit for the one item that was supposed to be covered in my bank account. I’m not sure if they sent it or if that is considered to be part of $1000 deductible. Again communication seems to be very poor.
