I waited a long time to receive a response from my first ever claim. And, the claim only referenced our urgent care visit - not the $2600 emergency surgery same day receipt. And - the funds from what they DID approve have not appeared in my account (4 days later via direct deposit).
Pets best was recommended to me by a vet So far, I am not impressed with Pet’s Best! I have filed a new claim for the surgery, and if this is all resolved I will update this review for the positive.
