From my experience Pets Best is a very good pet insurance provider. They handle claims reasonably timely and are able to explain the reasons behind their decisions. They are also clear at communicating their coverages options.
My main issue with Petsbest, and why I only give them four starts, is because their reembursement rates on their wellness policy, are a flat amount instead of a percentage of the cost.
