Pets Best has always approved my cats illness/accident claims, but the review process is way too long (weeks; sometimes more than a month). One time I got a routine medication approved in 2 days, while it usually takes 2 weeks. I wish the review process were consistentlu faster so that we can reimburse our large vet bills quicker.
