I spoke with many helpful customer service representatives and appreciated their expertise. My only negative experience with pets best was the fact my claim was closed out due to them “not receiving” documents from both of my vet offices which I was assured were sent over and CC’d in the email. Not sure where pets best got the communication issues. They had to resubmit my claim and it’s taken almost 5 months for everything to be finalized. It was honestly very frustrating due to my payments still coming out monthly for the insurance and not being reimbursed for many months later. Other than that I love this insurance and love the customer service reps I talked to throughout these months.
