I have three dogs so I truly appreciate having Pet Insurance for not only illness and emergencies but also for wellness needs. I have always found Pets Best to be very prompt in processing claims. Also I have used the online service for questions/concerns 24/7 (ie when one of my dogs ate a silk flower arrangement). I recommend Pets Best anytime someone asks me about pet insurance.
