My dog had a basic wellness visit with her last round of puppy shots and it took a month to get reimbursed. I have since left this company and moved to MetLife where I can get the same coverage for BOTH of my puppies for what it cost for one with Pets Best. Your service associate are also rude and have no service skills whatsoever.
