on the whole, Pet's Best is, well, the best insurance I've ever had for my animals. they've covered costs as I'd expect, and have been pretty easy to deal with.
One star off because of documentation being rejected for odd reasons, and for claim processing sometimes being slow.
Despite that, I'm a fan, and would highly recommend Pet's Best based on my experiences so far.
